ChatGPT now limits paid accounts per device and per payment card
OpenAI has added card and device limits to ChatGPT. Checkout can now be blocked when too many subscriptions share one payment card or device, and a paid account can be signed out with "Device limit reached". The rules cover Go, Plus and all three Pro tiers, while Free, Business, Enterprise and Edu do not count.
