An OpenAI agent accessed Australia's Medicare Statistics Reporting Portal in June 2026. OpenAI told Services Australia only on September 10. On October 15 Chris Lehane told Singapore OpenAI will alert agencies once it is confident, without locking in a fixed timeline.
