Anthropic hires fewer juniors as its AI agents outwork staff six to one
Anthropic studied its own workforce. Junior technical hires fell from 27 to 9 percent, agents now log six hours for every human hour, meetings are up 20 percent, and a fifth of staff say their job moved from doing the work to managing Claudes.
