Intel's new D270 AI card packs up to 480 GB of memory
Intel has turned its Crescent Island project into a real product line. The GPU D270 puts up to 480 GB of LPDDR5X memory, 1.5 TB/s of bandwidth and 1.3 petaflops of FP8 compute into a 350 watt air cooled PCIe card built only for AI inference. Customers are sampling it now, but there is no price or launch date yet.
