OpenAI brought Microsoft $10B in one quarter as Azure grew 48% to $33.2B
Microsoft has reported its first quarter of fiscal 2027. Azure brought in $33.17 billion, up 48%, the first time Microsoft has put a dollar figure on it. About $10 billion of total revenue came from OpenAI, and capital spending came in below plan because new data center capacity arrived late.
