House Democrats push resolution against any AI bubble bailout for Big Tech
Thirteen House Democrats led by Greg Casar and Maxine Waters introduced H.Res. 1642 on October 29. The nonbinding resolution opposes any federal bailout of AI companies if an AI bubble bursts and asks for help for workers, retirees and pension holders instead. One day later, tech stocks lost more than $1 trillion in value.
